When you are reopening the waitlist?
The waitlist is open indefinitely but it is extremely long at the moment!
Where can I browse your work while the listings are closed?

Why do some items say sold out?
Like any other regular online store, if a listing says "sold out" that means it's sold out and you cannot buy that item. You can sign up for the waitlist and then still try to order from my monthly custom listing reopenings!
I change listings to "sold out" if I have reached my max capacity of custom orders. None of my items listed are pre-made, meaning I make each individual item as the orders come in. Because of this, I cannot take unlimited amount of orders, as I will not be able to complete them by their due dates. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Where can I find prices?

Can you paint my wedding bouquet from a photo? Is this considered a custom order?
Yes, I have a few listings for anyone who wants their wedding bouquet painted onto canvas, wood rounds, trays, noddle boards, and more. This is considered a custom order and I will be taking them when I reopen!

Are the products already made or are they made-to-order?
95% of my listings are NOT made yet. As orders come in, I then begin the process of creating your piece. This is why I will have longer turn around times or have to mark listings as sold out!
Changes AFTER customization:
Extra fees will incur if you require changes or further customization AFTER your custom order has been completed. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the custom orders, returns are not possible.
Pick Up:
If you are local in Richmond, VA - you can pick up your order(s) on the date that you schedule. I do not do deliveries - only pick up and shipping!
Cancelation Policy:
In the case of cancellations, any fees that have been completed by the supplier prior to cancelation (i.e. shipping & handling or specialty materials purchased) are required to be paid by the customer. I do not offer refunds for a custom piece after it is completed unless the product arrives damaged.
Delivery Problems After Shipping
For instances where the package is missing, it may be possible for me to file a claim. This will usually take up to 15 days after the predicted delivery date of the order. For any orders submitted with the wrong address, it can take 7-15 days for a return-to-sender to be issued from the day it says “delivered.” If the package is never returned to me, I am not liable for extra costs of a new product due to the error made by the customer when submitting the order.
Shipping Delays
As we all know, deliveries are not as guaranteed as they used to be due to the pandemic and shipments of Vaccines. Post offices are extremely backed up, so if there are any delays in your tracking, please give it at least 2 weeks before reaching out. I will not be able to track the package a different way, but I will try my best to figure out the situation. Often times for packages with late deliveries, they arrive 2-3 weeks late at the latest.
Turn-around Time:
The time it takes to create a custom product varies depending on the number of orders at that period of time. Base turnaround is 4-6 weeks. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
